After-Sales Policy

– Exchange:

Exchange is allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items can be exchanged for another piece of equal or higher value.
The item must be in its original condition and unused.

– Returns:
No cash refunds or buy-backs are permitted after the purchase.

– Sales Terms:
All sales are final and apply to the item as a whole (complete piece), with no breakdown based on weight.
All gold and silver products are officially hallmarked by the Egyptian Assay & -Weights Authority.

– Customer Confirmation:
Receiving the invoice serves as the customer’s acknowledgment of having reviewed and accepted all terms and product specifications.

Customers are kindly requested to sign a copy of the invoice upon receipt.
